Catalogue pages show the product family and combinations transcribed from the supplier list. AI-generated catalogue images are illustrative. Current price, availability, material, package contents and final specification are confirmed by email before an order is agreed. Textile measurements can have small tolerances and colours can vary between screens.
Orders and acceptance
A catalogue email is an enquiry, not an accepted order. Product, quantity, price, delivery and total information must be confirmed in writing. A contract is formed only when Filo Magico confirms acceptance or dispatch.
Price, payment and delivery
Current prices are supplied in pounds sterling by email. Available payment and delivery choices, charges and the total payable are confirmed before an order is agreed.
Cancellation and returns
Eligible online purchases can generally be cancelled by notifying Filo Magico within 14 days after delivery, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods. See the Returns & Refunds page for the process.
