A straightforward cancellation process.
Tell us within 14 days after delivery if you want to cancel an eligible online purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return it.
Contact hello@filomagico.uk before sending anything back so the correct return instructions can be provided. Returned goods should be handled only as they would be in a shop. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.
